They Got Their Independence Back
Real Reviews From Real People
The problem nobody warns you about
After back, hip or shoulder surgery, you're told to protect what's healing: no bending too far, no twisting, no straining. Those rules keep your recovery on track.
But nobody mentions that reaching behind you to wipe needs exactly those movements. Most people find out alone, on their first day home, sitting in their own bathroom.
It isn't a lack of effort. It's the wrong tool for a body that's healing.
How it works
Sit down as usual. No leaning forward, no reaching behind, no twisting. Your body stays still and comfortable.
Turn the side knob. Gentle, room-temperature water cleans you. Turn it further for a stronger rinse, or switch to the second nozzle for a separate front wash.
Pat dry. You'll still do a light dry pat at the end, but that's nothing compared to wiping. For the easiest finish, we recommend our No-Reach Drying Wand, available in our store: it lets you pat dry while sitting upright, with no bending or twisting.
Install Under 10 Minutes
Everything you need is already in the box.
Most people have Bidy up and running in under 10 minutes — no plumber, no special tools, no permanent changes to your toilet.
It simply connects to your existing water line. Renters love it too — when you move out, it comes right off and leaves zero trace behind.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you dry yourself off after using it?
How do you dry yourself off after using it?
You only need a light pat dry, not wiping. The water already did the cleaning. We recommend our No-Reach Drying Wand, available in our store: it lets you pat dry while sitting upright, with no bending or twisting.
Prefer not to use a wand? Lay a soft, clean towel flat on a chair or the edge of your bed, and simply sit down on it for a moment. It dries you gently, with no reaching at all.
Does the water come from the tank?
Does the water come from the tank?
No. It connects directly to your home’s tap water line behind the toilet, so the water is fresh, clean and at room temperature, the same water that comes out of your sink faucet. It never touches the water inside the tank.
Does it work with a raised toilet seat?
Does it work with a raised toilet seat?
Yes. It fits under your toilet seat as usual, and your raised toilet seat goes on top, so you keep the extra height you need during recovery. If it doesn’t fit your setup, we’ll take it back.
Do I need an electric outlet?
Do I need an electric outlet?
No. It works on your home’s normal water pressure, so you don’t need an outlet, batteries or any wiring. Just connect it to the water line and it’s ready to use.
Is there a version with left-side controls?
Is there a version with left-side controls?
Not at the moment. The control knob sits on the right side of the toilet, just beside your hip as you sit, so it’s within easy reach without bending or twisting.
Will this work on an accessible (handicap) toilet?
Will this work on an accessible (handicap) toilet?
Yes. It fits under the seat the same way as on any standard toilet, and it works fine alongside grab bars, raised seats and toilet safety frames.
